Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Warranty Manager app and other services by TDEXINFO. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Warranty Manager helps you record products and warranties, store related documents, receive reminders and share read-only details. The service is currently in beta: features may change, and occasional interruptions can happen.

2. Your account

• You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email (or mobile, when available). Keep access to it secure.
• You are responsible for the information you add and for whom you share links with.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's data, and no automated abuse of sign-in codes.

4. Your content

You own what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Upload limits apply (currently 2 MB per file and 5 MB per product).

5. Reminders and accuracy

Reminders and scanned details are a convenience. Always check warranty dates and terms with the manufacturer or seller. We are not responsible for missed claims or decisions made from information in the app.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TDEXINFO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (during the free beta, nil).

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they apply.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
