Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TDEXINFO ("we", "us") handles personal data in the Warranty Manager app and on tdexinfo.com. In short: we collect only what the app needs, we encrypt it, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
1. Data we collect

Bill scanning happens on your phone. The camera image is not sent to us; only the details you choose to save are.
We do not collect your location, contacts, call logs or advertising identifiers, and we show no ads.
2. How we protect it
- Your email, phone number, name, addresses, contacts and claim details are encrypted in our database (AES-256-GCM).
- Every uploaded file is encrypted before it is stored.
- All traffic uses HTTPS, and the app additionally encrypts each request and response end to end.
- No passwords: one-time sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after 5 minutes.
- Sessions are short-lived, and you can sign out other devices at any time.
3. Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers, only for the purpose listed:

Our servers and database are operated by TDEXINFO. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for advertising.
4. Sharing links
If you create a share link, anyone with the link can see the product details you chose to include until the link expires or you revoke it. Only share links with people you trust.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account is active.
- After you delete your account: kept for 90 days so you can restore it, then permanently erased.
- Sign-in codes: minutes. In-app notifications: up to 1 year.
- Backups: rolling, up to 14 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data:
- Export: in the app, Profile → Export my data (a ZIP file).
- Correct: edit your profile and products in the app.
- Delete: in the app, Profile → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
You may also contact us to exercise any right under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR.
7. Children
Warranty Manager is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. For significant changes we will notify you in the app.
