Delete your account

You can delete your Warranty Manager account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Warranty Manager and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account, read the summary, and confirm with Delete my account.

Tip: use Export my data first if you want a copy.

By email

Can't open the app? Email tdexinfosollutions@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and complete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: email, mobile number, name, photo and settings
  • All products, warranties, claim details and support contacts
  • All uploaded documents and photos
  • Share links (they stop working immediately), notifications and signed-in devices

When

  • Immediately: you are signed out everywhere and your share links stop working.
  • For 90 days: your data is kept so you can restore the account by signing in again.
  • After 90 days: everything is permanently erased. Rolling backups expire within a further 14 days.

What may be kept

Nothing that identifies you, except where the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of a legal request). Anonymous, aggregated usage counts (such as the total number of accounts) may remain.
